Alston Asquith remains a body corporate, limited by way of shares however occasionally the term “partner” may be used to refer to a member of Alston Asquith or an employee or consultant with equivalent standing and qualifications. A list of the members of Alston Asquith and of the non-members who are designated as partners and their professional qualifications is open to inspection at its registered office and can be provided on request.
Alston Asquith is subject to the SRA’s regulation focusing on the high-level principles and outcomes that drive the provision of services for clients.
